While many recruiters may perceive recent graduates as under qualified and lacking experience, recruiters should rethink this philosophy when searching for job candidates. Why? Evidence suggests that a candidate’s character is far more relevant than the number of years of experience. A recent graduate who demonstrates enthusiasm, motivation, and determination should not be ruled out as a candidate.
